Inspiration/References:
The main focus when working on this illustration was keeping the school as the main focus and utilizing primarily the school colors. In many of the reference pictures Calbaptist is depicted with pinkish tones, either from the sandy-colored architecture or the famous local sunsets. Due to this, darker, more saturated shades of blue and yellow make up the actual building, and pinkish sunset hues make up the background elements.
